John Cale, songwriting legend and a primary creative force behind legendary rock band Velvet Underground, is about to embark on a fall tour of Europe and the UK after a one-off in Chicago. After the overseas run, Cale returns to the U.S. for three very special shows in early-2013 at Brooklyn’s BAM. The tour is in support of Cale’s forthcoming record Shifty Adventures in Nookie Wood (out 10/2/12 on Domino Records’ imprint, Double Six).
