“Ski Tour/Basecamp Music Experience is debuting in 2007 as a brand new kind of festival for music and winter sport lovers. The tour features world class competition in half-pipe and skiercross as well as over 30 big name acts and other attractions such as film festivals, photo competions, fashion shows, family events, and parties.
The festival kicks off January 11-15 in Sun Valley, Idaho and then stops in Breckenridge Colorado (Feb 1-4) , Aspen/Snowmass (Feb 22-25), and finally Squaw Valley, California March 8th-11th.
The participating bands at the Basecamp Music Experience include The Wailers, Swollen Members, DJ Logic, Elan, Michael Franti & Spearhead , Don Carlos, Kamphire Collective, Blackalicious, George Clinton, Donavon Frankenreiter, plus many many more.” [JamBase]
