Tedeschi Trucks Band has featured a cover of the John Prine classic, “Angel From Montgomery,” in their sets regularly over the years. Following Prine’s passing last week, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi dug into their archives and shared an excellent pro-shot version of Susan Tedeschi leading her band through a never-before-seen clip from the band’s Live From The Fox Oakland concert film of the classic song, not to mention a seamless transition into the Jerry Garcia classic, “Sugaree,” as a bonus.
