Sturgill Simpson was back on stage last night with his first show back in support of his new LP, SOUND & FURY, and by all accounts the show at the Troubadour was epic, the new songs are rippin’, and fans were floored.
He had his buddy Joe Rogan out to the show, and instead of heading immediately up to the Bay Area for his shows at Terrapin Crossroads and the Independent, him and his band stuck around and stopped by the Joe Rogan compound to record a Joe Rogan Experience podcast. This must be a record for most people Rogan has ever had on the show at once.
