The Grateful Dead boys get to play an old haunt of theirs tonight with the Dead and Company and John Mayer bus pulling into Mountain View, California’s Shoreline Amphitheatre. The venue designed to even resemble the band’s fabled Steal Your Face logo has always welcomed the band and their fans with open arms, and the tech nerds across the street at Google’s main campus will wonder what those fine smells are as they waft through the air and into their campus cafeterias. Oh what a time to be alive.

My roommate just informed me @JohnMayer is wearing a $170,000 watch. My eyes inform me he's also wearing a fanny pack. Gotta think that was less than 170k… #deadandcompany

#Shoreline fun fact: Bill Graham designed the amphitheatre to resemble The Grateful Dead's "steal your face" logo. Each row of fixed seating at the amphitheatre has a pitch of three feet, providing ample legroom and space for dancing 💃 #deadandcompany
