Scarypoolparty and Dashboard Confessional are the two latest additions to Life is Beautiful festival this fall on September 20-22 in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.
One of the most exciting artists who emerged this year is Scarypoolparty, also known as American Idol alum Alejandro Aranda, who will be stopping by on September 22nd before embarking his fall tour. We recently caught his breathtaking show in San Francisco and profiled his newfound path post Idol (see recap here).
Aranda, who just wrapped Idol May of this year, is rising to fame with his mouth-dropping instrumental arrangements with a growing fan base of supportive “Alejomies” behind him. He will be debuting his new album later this fall.
Emo band Dashboard Confessional also joins the lineup at the heels of the release of Now is Then is Now, a collection of three albums that were reimagined, rewritten, and re-recording by frontman Chris Carrabba. The band is currently on tour starting in the US and then headed to Europe after the Life is Beautiful festival.
