Rubblebucket has shown no signs of slowing down after the news that Kalmia Traver was diagnosed with cancer. They’ve been keeping their fans updated on the progress, with early tests showing that Kal is only stage 1 and confident she can “manhandle this,” and soon after the band announced some more tour dates for October. Not only that, but they kept the great news coming by releasing a new track called “Save Charlie” via the Wall Street Journal (obvs).
Their sound is truly everything I love about music wrapped up into one funky package, and I dug their last EP Oversaturated quite a bit. This latest track continues on right where the last one left off and we’ll be following this next release closely, with this being the title track of the EP that shares the same name due out on September 24 via Communion Music.
