For anyone that missed the first day of the Coachella webcast, I strongly advise you not to miss the rest of the weekend’s performance. Invite your friends over for a webcast party or something. The ability to switch between sets was a life saver at times, and it felt like it mimicked the festival experience by being able to check out mini-bits of a lot of the music that was scheduled. Kudos on the implementation here, clearly funded by the big mess of corporate sponsorship that owns the app. Still, it’s an effort to be applauded as the experience for the fans was definitely innovative over what we’ve seen with recent festival webcasts.
