Rage Against the Machine confirmed in the press and through back channels and rumors that they are indeed reuniting next year. It’s happening. And today, still months ahead of the official return, we got the first look at the print the band will be bringing with them for the shows.
Done by L@sDos Studios in El Paso, Texas, the print is dead-on for the imaging you may have expected based on the reunion’s chosen metros, specifically, the crises at the U.S. / Mexico borders.
Take a look at this beauty-with-a-message below.
The poster designer said they are “honored and humbled to have worked on this project” with the band, and further agreed that it’s the “perfect timing for our border communities to think about our future.”
The print run itself is dedicated to the “people who are displaced by imperialism and to liberation struggles around the world,” and it’s clear the artist has a lot of love and respect for what’s happening in and around their own community of El Paso. No doubt this print will be a collector’s item.
Amor y respeto

As for Rage Against the Machine‘s future, obviously we’ll be following the reunion closely. With this being the first official Coachella 2020 confirmation as well, we’d expect that lineup to start showing up shortly.
