A new art exhibit opens today in Burlington, Vermont featuring the leaflets and posters collected throughout the years of Phish’s rise as one of the best bands touring today.
Dozens of posters and fliers will tell the story of the Burlington-born jam band in a new exhibit called “Phish in the North Country,” which opens Saturday at the Amy E. Tarrent Gallery.
The exhibit looks at the band’s 30-plus year history, starting in Burlington bars and nightclubs like Nectar’s, and Hunt’s to stages in Boston, Albany and Saratoga Springs, with a focus on shows within a driving distance for Vermont fans.

The gallery exhibit showing starting today (Saturday 10/7/17) through Dec. 30. On November 4th there will be a talk with Phish Archivist Kevin Shapiro from 1-3 p.m. Very cool.
