Phish will show the final night of their first leg of the Summer 2019 Tour from Alpine Valley in Wisconsin for the next Dinner And A Movie livestream coming up this Tuesday, July 14th, a perfect one year anniversary of the show.
The evening is known widely amongst fans for delivering a “Ruby Waves” for the ages, and the rest of the show is truly one of the best shows ever and easily in the Top #5 of the 3.0 run for the band.
For the weekly recipe choice, Jon Fishman talked with Jim Hamilton, the band’s touring chef, for one of the band’s favorite on tour: Thai Coconut Yellow Curry, with a side of Blistered Shishito Peppers.
Head over to the band’s official page for the recipe, and scroll down to see the setlist and that epic “Ruby Waves” that was basically Jam of the Year in 2019 (I’m a bit more partial to the 12/30/19 “Tweezer” myself, though). Can’t wait to re-live this one in full, though.
