Panda Bear is going to be flooding your internets this week. Yesterday kicked off a global radio station premiere campaign with tracks from his upcoming LP, Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper, getting the debut treatment on a bunch of unique radio stations worldwide. Very cool.
And just announced this morning — Panda Bear will use this upcoming Sunday to screen a special show in conjunction with the Boiler Room crew, which will be held at MoMA PS1’s VW Dome in New York City. They’ve got a brand new feature up on Noah today, but don’t wait on getting tickets. They’ll cost you $20 a pop and they will go fast, but the broadcast will be available online for folks tuning in from home.
The performance will also feature a visual show from Danny Perez, Panda Bear’s longstanding art collaborator and tour designer. Very excited about this one.
