Outside Lands just announced the lineup for their sixth annual Music & Arts gathering in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park (August 9-11) and it’s a stellar and diverse list. Paul McCartney will headline along with the newly configured Nine Inch Nails, the Chili Peppers, who just came off a very windy performance at Sunday’s Coachella, and French-rockers, Phoenix. Once again, the under-card is the bread and butter with favorites Gary Clark Jr., Kurt Vile, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Bombino, Band of Horses, Foals, Dawes, Trombone Shorty, The Mother Hips, The Tallest Man on Earth and The Head and the Heart among many others. Tickets will go on sale this Thursday April 18 at 12 noon PDT online. A significant portion of every ticket sold will directly benefit San Francisco’s Recreation and Park Department.
