The lineup for the late-nights following Outside Lands were just announced featuring shows from Pretty Lights, Jimmy Cliff, Levon Helm Band, Hercules and Love Affair and Tokyo Police Club. We’ll also be seeing a pre-party at the California Academy of Sciences Nightlife, which is a swank-ass and fitting bourgeois opening to the festival. I keed. I actually really love Outside Lands and it’s been a nice addition to my life having moved out here a few years ago. Radiohead raged the first year, I got to mosh to The Mars Volta last year, and I’m psyched to catch some of the headliners this year followed by Pretty Lights at the Indy. The Levon Helm Gramble will likely be jaw-dropping and once in a lifetime, but I’m not sure I’ll have the funds to rock that party.
