Hey gang. Sorry for the downtime here but I’ve been wrestling with tech support at my web host and they’re giving me answers that just don’t seem to be cutting it for me. For example, we’re sending and receiving emails through the livemusicblog.com domain but apparently these are “nowhere to be found” on any of the cPanel backups that the company hasn’t already written over. That’s lot of technobabble for “we have no idea what the hell we’re doing.” Time to move on….
I’m flipping the switches the best I can today so I’ll need another day or so of patience before we’ll be back up confidently. Cross your fingers and toes for me because there’s always lots of room for human error in this process. If you don’t see this post in a day or so it means everything went smoothly.
Phish is in Burgettstown, PA tonight and the expectations are running higher than they were for the Fox Theater show. Our man Whit is going to be on the scene and Twittering from either his personal account or straight from the Live Music Blog.com Twitter account. Or both. You can never promise anything coverage-wise when you’re relying on a cell signal inside a major concert venue, so we’ll see what we can come up with. Stay tuned for everything else LMB related and sorry again for all the downtime and inconsistency. Your patience has been awesomely appreciated.
