Just as My Morning Jacket returned to the US in support of Evil Urges, they announced 12 additional dates in Europe during the months preceding their hopefully earth shattering New Year’s Eve show at Madison Square Garden. To the relief of tired feet everywhere, they also announced that every show will start on time. So, if the ticket says 7:30, the band will be on stage at 7:30. They also had to cancel their Sept. 24th date in Las Vegas due to a “casino scheduling conflict.”
In other MMJ news, they premiered a video for the amazing “Touch Me I’m Going to Scream Pt.II” on MTV’s subterranean blog. The song, which has become quite the set closer recently, is represented well in the creepy/fun vibe they seem to revel in so effortlessly.
