The folks over at Cloud 9 have just announced this year’s lineup and timing for Mayan Holidaze. This time around they’re welcoming back STS9, Umphrey’s McGee and the Disco Biscuits and they’re moving it to a new location to coincide with the December 21, 2012 Mayan Calendar resetting. The festival will be held from December 17-21, 2012 at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa near the ancient Mayan city of Tulum, Mexico. Epic.
For the first time, Mayan Holidaze guests will have the option of staying at the resort or staying offsite and purchasing a 4 Day Event Pass, allowing fans to experience the “off the beaten path” paradise in the Hotel Zone of Tulum while still having all-inclusive access to the event.
Holidaze guests from past events will be eligible for an exclusive presale on March 28th & 29th. Details about tokens and booking times for the presale will be sent to returning guests. Any remaining rooms and 4 Day Event Passes will go on sale to the general public on March 30th at 12pm Eastern. This event is more than a music lover’s dream come true…book it and see what the magic is all about!
This might be something I try and sign up for this year. I’ve heard really great things about this and it’s so small and exclusive that it will definitely sell out right away.
