In the live music world there are really only two major holidays that matter: Halloween and New Years Eve. Both offer a chance for fans and band alike to wear costumes, act like children for a night and get overly intoxicated (although hardly anyone notices when you’re wearing a wig and sunglasses at 1 am) if so inclined (both invite amateur performances from even the most seasoned professionals).
