Two key lineups for Live Earth were announced today, including headlining musical acts for performances at Wembley Stadium in London and at Giants Stadium in the New Jersey. The event being dubbed “The Concert For A Climate In Crisis” takes place 7/7/07 and will include 24 hours of concert performances from around the world. Additional events are slated to take place in Shanghai, China; Johannesburg, South Africa; Sydney, Australia; Tokyo; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; and even in Antarctica.

U.K. ticket sales will be priced at £55 and will be available by a registration process which runs from April 13 through April 16th at Live Nation’s UK site.
Additional ticket information is available at the MSN Live Earth site, where the concerts will also be streamed. All proceeds will go to The Alliance for Climate Protection and other international NGOs.
