Rapper and outspoken activist Killer Mike of Run the Jewels gave a speech at the Atlanta Mayor’s Press Conference last night urging protesters to “fortify your own house” and not to make things worse in the city of Atlanta.
Following the death of George Floyd, who died in Minneapolis on May 25 after Derek Chauvin, who’s been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter, used his knee to pin him down, protests and riots have broken out in many United States cities, including Atlanta.
