Khruangbin and Wu-Tang Clan were both scheduled to play the Moon Stage at Desert Daze to close out the final day of this year’s festival, and both bands came and delivered exactly what their crowds wanted and yet somehow kept a surprise in store for the end of the night.
Khruangbin & Wutang bout to jam! 😳😳

First Khruangbin played a headlining slot right at 9pm, pretty much 75 minutes of straight fire. It was easily one of the tightest sets we’ve ever heard from them, and overall the crew was dancing it up and everyone agreed the band sounded stronger than ever.
My one piece of advice: watch Khruangbin on acid before you die.

Then Wu-Tang came out and delivered their seminal classic Enter the Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers front to back, along with some Nirvana in there somewhere (?), but the final closing moments of the set featured the collab we never saw coming: Khruangbin came out and jammed with the hip-hop legends!
