John Mayer is using his time off from the Grateful Dead project known as Dead & Company to do a full US tour with his solo band.
For the first time on a full arena tour, Mayer is doing the two-set approach to make sure he can fit in more music to the fans.
Last night in Albany, New York, the tour got going with “Belief” and featured his newer single “I Guess I Just Feel Like” as the big set closer.
A few acoustic songs began set two, and he eve brought back his little cover of the Prince classic, “The Beautiful Ones” ahead of “Slow Dancing In A Burning Room” (watch below).
