Joe Russo’s Almost Dead played the first night of LOCKN’ 2019 last night and came out guns glazing with “A Hard Rain’s A Gonna Fall” right into “Reuben and Cherise”.
One of the hilarious highlights of the set came deep in the second set when the band was crushing “Eyes of the World”. The rotating stage brought way to a Bob Weir sitting on a couch moment that was honestly weird, but hilarious, too. Like Bob was on Couch Tour.
