The second phase of artists were announced today for High Sierra Music Festival’s Silver Anniversary taking place July 2-5th in Quincy, CA. Topping the list is Umphrey’s McGee who announced their Saturday headlining slot from the stage in Oakland last weekend. High Sierra was the first festival the band ever played in 2001. LIVE favorites, The Word, The Motet, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Lotus, Nicki Bluhm, Scott Pemberton, Con Brio, and Nth Power join an already impressive lineup that includes The String Cheese Incident, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Galactic, ALO and a rare performance by The Slip. General Admission Tickets and camping passes are already on sale with several of the VIP packages already sold out. Expect a third phase and the announcement of late night slots in April.
