Herbert Wiser Band, an unknown Chicago rock band (with some jammy sensibilities), will be opening up for Tea Leaf Green on June 6, 2006 at the Redstone Room in Davenport, IA. Well, big deal right?
Would you believe it if I told you that I was actually the drummer for Herbert Wiser Band about a year and a half ago? I wouldn’t believe it either, but it’s certainly true.

Herbert Wiser Band wants me to quit my job and become a starving artist in order to give 110% to the band. I quit Herbert Wiser Band. I recruit a writer that becomes obsessed with Tea Leaf Green. I start liking Tea Leaf Green. Herbert Wiser Band gets an opening slot for Tea Leaf Green in Davenport, IA.
