Here are some more decent reviews from the Trey tour, and more specifically the Roseland Ballroom show that Ace Cowboy was at. He was blown away, and it looks like the NY Times felt the same way. At Earvolution, they were clearing enjoying the Trey show as well. “The musical direction may be different, but the joyous results produced on stage have remained the same.” Maybe I missed out by not hitting Dekalb. Bummer for me, I guess.
