The lineup for the annual Forecastle Festival in Louisville was just announced! Holding down the top slots this year will be The Black Keys, String Cheese Incident, the Avett Brothers and the Flaming Lips. LMB faves like Alabama Shakes, Jim James, Bombino, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Big Boi, and Animal Collective will all be there, and hopefully somebody gives Baauer a slot on the big stage so we can see tens of thousands of people all do the “Harlem Shake” at the same time. Rubblebucket also needs to be moved way up this list. Read on for the full set of artists just announced.
The festival returns to Louisville the weekend of July 12-14, 2013. Tickets go on sale this Wednesday, noon EST.
