Foo Fighters have postponed the dates on the upcoming Van Tour 2020. A message from frontman Dave Grohl was just published everywhere and reads as follows:
Hi, this is Dave. Remember me? The guy who wouldn’t even postpone a show when my goddamn leg was falling off?
Well… playing a gig with a sock full of broken bones is one thing, but playing a show when YOUR health and safety is in jeopardy is another…
He goes on to say that he “f***in’ loves you guys” and wants to make sure it’s done right, thus the rain check. He also drops the nugget of info that they’ve finished up their new album and it’s “f***in’ killer.”
Then he closes with the apt reminder to “now go wash your hands.”
