The Disco Biscuits are in Colorado right now enjoying a blitz of a weekend with two full shows as their full untz, no vocals side project known as Tractorbeam, then a headlining Disco Biscuits show as part of the Breckenridge Brewery Hootenanny happening today down in Littleton (watch that here).
As for the first two shows, the band locked down their gear at 10 Mile Music Hall in Frisco for two nights doing straight up electronic music.
Before the second show, the band messaged out a thank you and hoped that fans would continue on with their new untz journey featuring all four members of the band with Ableton locked computers in front of them (along with their normal instruments).

Watch that show below.
It’s a hard thing to critically review if they’re still in the beta modes on how this project is rolling out, but given that it’s the core four of Bisco stretching themselves, I’d say we’re in for a great year in 2020 with them back in full force.
Can’t wait to see what they do next.
The improv is completely different but they used Ableton technology to program parts of the sets. They weren't satisfied with the results on night one so they went for it again last night and it was a home run.
