There is no doubt that one of the best music venues in the world is Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, and today’s announcement may just start solidifying it as one of best comedy venues in the world as well.
Dave Chappelle has announced a show with Jon Stewart for Friday, August 9th, 2019 which will be a full comedy show with phones locked-up-in-pouches sorta thing that Chappelle has been doing for the past few years.
And this is one of Jon Stewart’s first real huge, high-profile gig in a while, and yet we’ll only have someone else’s explanation of how it goes unless you can snag tickets yourself.
*** No cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at this show. Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations. Anyone caught with a cellphone in the venue will be immediately ejected. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience. ***
