UPDATE: the official lineup is now out and this post was not fake news!
It’s looking like the lineup for Coachella 2020 is going to be announced any minute now, and it’s being reported that next year’s headliners will be Travis Scott, Frank Ocean and the reunion of Rage Against the Machine (which was previously confirmed).
Travis Scott is an obvious choice after selling out his own Astroworld Festival before even announcing a lineup, and Rage Against the Machine will be pushing hard with the election year and announced a small tour as a reunion ahead of the summer festival season.
The big question mark would be Frank Ocean, who’s been rumored to be working out new music for a stage show and was expected at Camp Flog Gnaw (which turned out to be Drake). So he’s still been pretty quiet on where he’ll appear next, but if anyone could get him confirmed, it’d be the Goldenvoice crew.
We’ll be following the official channels closely to see how quickly this gets confirmed.
