Today at the inaugural Boston Calling Music Festival, minutes before The National were set to close out the Main Stage, Crash Line Productions announced plans for a second event set to take place on Labor Day Weekend (September 7th-8th) at the very same location in Boston’s City Hall Plaza.
Headliners were announced via a video promo as Vampire Weekend and Passion Pit with Kendrick Lamar, Local Natives, Deer Tick, Major Lazer, Bat For Lashes, Solange, The Gaslight Anthem, Okkervil River, Flume, Wolfgang Gartner, The Airborne Toxic Event, Lucius, Bearstronaut, You Won’t, Big Black Delta, and Flosstradamus rounding out the two-day event.

Early bird tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 31st, at 10 AM on Ticketmaster and BostonCalling.com. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the Music Therapy Program at Boston Children’s Hospital.
