The famed label and entertainment company Blue Note Entertainment has announced a new venue project up in Northern California. They’ll be teaming up with the big guys there, Another Planet Entertainment, for a new “festival style” outdoor venue in Napa, California.
They’ll be calling it the The Oxbow RiverStage and it’ll be set up at Oxbows Common in historic downtown Napa. They’re saying it’ll hold 4,000.
The first performer booked? Steve Miller Band on August 25th, which leads us into Labor Day Weekend, with plenty more to come from this spot in the future if things go well. Grab tickets for that show here.
They’ll probably stick to that BottleRock style crowd vibe and appeal to the mature wine-drinkers in Napa, but I’m sure some other youngin’s could get their chance in there.
