Those still crying about LCD Soundsystem’s premature retirement should rest a little easier these days. They’ve got a new band to dance to, on the same level and record label in Holy Ghost! (The synth-pop Brooklyn duo consisting of Nick Millhiser and Alex Frankel). Today the group made their second album, Dynamics, available as a free stream on Pitchfork before it’s September 10th release. It’s another non-stop lesson in new age Disco (“Dance a little closer, Dance until it’s over”) and I can’t wait to watch these songs breathe in the live setting.
