Boys Noize Ignites Coachella 2026 with Nine Inch Noize’s Explosive Debut

Boys Noize made his comeback at Coachella 2026 with a fresh creative energy performing a solo set and a strong joint set as part of Nine Inch Noize. The project featured several core members of Nine Inch Nails blending the industrial style with techno in a manner that surpassed typical live sets. A press release from Boyz Noize also revealed that he will soon be on tour, starting April 25th in Miami, Florida at Time Warp.
Back to Coachella 2026, it wasn’t just a return to the desert for BOYS NOIZE (Alex Ridha): it was an expansion. Orbiting in a different constellation, Ridha appeared as a solo artist and as part of the “instantly legendary” NINE INCH NOIZE, a collaboration with Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, and live joined by Mariqueen Maandig. Together, they delivered a performance that blurred the lines between industrial, techno, and pure physical art force – less a set, more a system overload.
NINE INCH NOIZE builds on a few years of collaboration between Nine Inch Nails and Alex Ridha, including their work on the Challengers soundtrack, TRON: Ares soundtrack, the GRAMMY-winning track “As Alive As You Need Me To Be,” and the Peel It Back tour. At Coachella, that chemistry reached a new scale: a top-billed moment where structure dissolved into intensity, and genre distinctions stopped mattering entirely. The collaborative album NINE INCH NOIZE was released on Friday, April 17.
