The first annual Green Apple Music Festival was announced ages ago, but all were given is the following:

April 20-23, 2006
25 Shows
15 Venues
All shows in NYC, Final Show of the festival is the Jammy Awards at the Theatre at MSG.

Maybe I’m not looking hard enough, but I don’t see anything else anywhere on this. Anyone got any juicy rumors to share?
