Trey Anastasio Band continued their Winter 2020 tour last night set in the areas of the country that are still somewhat warm, namely the West Coast and now Texas. The band stopped in Austin, Texas last night to play the Moody Theater at Austin City Limits Live for a sold-out show, and tonight they head off to Houston, Texas for their second show in the state.

Sadly it looks like Cyro Baptista was not feeling so hot during the show and his flu got the best of him after the show. This was posted today on Trey’s socials:

We are all so proud of our soul brother Cyro Baptista, who soldiered thru last night’s gig in Austin despite the onset of a bad case of the Flu. Unfortunately his symptoms got much worse last night and he was taken to the ER. He is currently recuperating in Austin and won’t be able to join us for the gig in Houston.

Bummer for the Houston fans, but let’s hope Cyro heals up and gets back on the road soon.
