Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are gearing up for a big year with the announcement this morning of their full 2014 tour dates with Steve Winwood as the opener. The band will also be releasing a new album, Hypnotic Eye, due out July 29th, which will come with every ticket sold on the tour. The band is also headlining Outside Lands Music Festival and Lockn’ Festival, as well as playing Fenway Park on August 30th.
