The Flaming Lips are handing out gifts a few days early. Wayne Coyne has just announced via their official site that for 24 hours, today only (12/22) the band will offer a FREE online stream of their latest concert film, Freak Nights. You can watch it right now via their Ustream Channel. The concert is from their hometown performance on October 26th at the Oklahoma City Zoo Ampitheatre which featured a Halloween-theme and costume party taboot. The show kicked off with a cover of Black Sabbath’s “Sweet Leaf.” We should expect a DVD release in the future but for now, you’ve got until 11:59PM today to view the film! Watch it now.
