Phish has announced that the show they’re featuring for the next Dinner And A Movie weekly webcast will be the band’s third night of three at The Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA on August 7, 2010.
Tune into the normal spots this Tuesday at 8:30pm ET, and the band has selected Music Health Alliance as the beneficiary for the webcast. And this week only, through the Spotify COVID-19 Music Relief project, Spotify will match all donations to Music Health Alliance (via Waterwheel), dollar for dollar, up to a collective total of $10 million. Donate now here.
For the recipe, the band tasked their employee Betty Frost who’s been with the band for over 25 years.
Betty’s career with Phish began when she delivered a muffin basket to Mike Gordon’s accountant, and the rest is history. An avid amateur cook, Betty once handily won a pie-baking competition at Vermont’s Champlain Valley Fair. This week, Betty turns to some family recipes for a special ‘Greek Night’: Spanakopita, Lamb Meatballs and a Watermelon Salad.
