Jim James to Play New Album ‘Uniform Distortion’ at Cellphone-Banned NYC & LA Gigs

Hot off the presses this am is news that My Morning Jacket frontman and solo music-preneur Jim James will be bringing his new album, Uniform Distortion, to two very small intimate performances for audiences in New York City and Los Angeles. And both audiences will have their cell phones locked up and secured in those Yondr pouches that people keep talking about.

Tickets will go on sale in just a few hours, so it’s imperative you pay attention to what else may come of this if you miss the first round of tickets being put out.

May 22 – Rough Trade, New York
July 18 – Pico Union, Los Angeles
