On last night’s first new Saturday Night Live since the social distancing period began across the globe, the cast and characters put together a show from home and managed to stitch together something that felt as relevant as ever for people stuck on their couches on the first few Saturday nights in a while.
Tom Hanks delivered the monologue, and Coldplay’s Chris Martin delivered a musical performance via his home studio.
