The Joshua Tree Lake Campground is soul central station for the Joshua Tree Music Festival. The Copper Mountains provide a red rock sunset backdrop to this 40 acre privately owned venue, which is located nine miles from the entrance to the radically magical Joshua Tree National Monument. The high desert of the mystical Mojave brings wonderful vistas, magnificent sunsets and brilliant night sky viewing.

BRING WITH flashlight, warm clothes for night, camping gear, sunscreen, smiles, favorite instrument, dancing feet, family and friends, outrageous costumes and peace.

WHEN Gates open at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 13, 2004. Three day camping pass allows you to camp on site until Monday at noon. Specific music, workshop and activity schedules to be announced.

WHERE The campground is located off HWY 62, 4 miles east of Park Blvd, Joshua Tree, CA. Or 11 miles west of Adobe Road, Twentynine Palms, CA. Turn North at Sunfair Rd., then go 4 miles to Joshua Tree Lake entrance. 2601 SunFair Road.


From the town of Joshua Tree, simply travel 4 miles east on HWY 62, then turn left on SunFair road, and the Festival is 4 miles down on the right.
