Bready went to Wolfmother at Webster Hall on Saturday night.
Fact: Wolfmother’s sound was born by a rock and roll marriage of Led Zeppelin and Ozzy Osbourne.
Despite this obvious notion, Wolfmother’s songs and energy are infectious. Throughout the night, songs like “White Unicorn”, “Love Train”, “Woman”, and “Apple Tree” really had Webster Hall moving and fist-pumping. I think I saw some “bull horns” flying around too…
I saw plenty of bull-horns at Tea Leaf Green on Saturday night, too — always a good sign.
