Phish is about to take the stage for their third and final show in San Francisco after two great nights of music on Monday and Tuesday. After producing a candidate for jam of the year in “Ghost” on 10/27, we can only ponder what Phish has in store, in this, the final show before their blowout in Las Vegas. San Francisco Giants phans inside Bill Graham are feverishly checking for World Series updates as the game could end just as the lights go down. Follow along for the setlist!
Phish @ Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, San Francisco, CA 10.29.14
Streams: lvnphish
Set I: Stealing Time From The Faulty Plan, Moma Dance -> We Are The Champions -> Moma Dance > Free, Back On The Train, Yarmouth Road*, Strange Design > Taste, The Wedge, The Line, Wolfman’s Brother
Set II: First Tube > Down with Disease > Theme from the Bottom > Split Open & Melt, Heavy Things > Light -> Possum
Encore: Contact > Meatstick > Character Zero
Notes:
The start of this show occurred in the Bottom of the 9th inning of the World Series with the SF Giants three outs away from a win in Game 7. The crowd chanted “Let’s Go Giants” as the lights went down. Huge roar from the crowd during Moma Dance as Phish stops playing mid-song to celebrate the Giants winning their 3rd World Series in 5 years. We Are The Champions was one instrumental verse, no lyrics.
Watch it below…
After The Wedge, Trey and Page bantered about Page being a huge Met’s fan. Down with Disease went Type II and was unfinished.
