Real Estate’s guitarist Matt Mondanile is releasing a new album with his growing side project Ducktails on Domino records. This increasingly less “solo” endeavor of Matt’s, is the project’s fourth album and his first for Domino. Recorded and mixed over the summer of 2012 with Al Carlson (Peaking Lights, Oneohtrix Point Never) the ten track album will hit the streets on January 29th but you can get a sneak peak and stream the album via Pitchfork right now.
