In the most recent issue of NME (on Newstands 1/23), Mick Jagger addresses the rumors that the band would be headlining Coachella (April 12-14 & April 19-21) this year.

“We’re not gonna do Coachella, ‘cos it’s too early. There was a rumor we were gonna do that one, but it’s very early — Coachella. It’s April or something, isn’t it? And we’re not gonna be ready to go by April. But we’re not gonna stop.” – Mick Jagger, Rolling Stones

It looks like the photo Coachella’s Facebook page posted of a stone at the Empire Polo Fields, and the band’s mobile app listing April 12th was just coincidence. You can download the digital copy of NME here.
