Trey Anastasio to Join Neil Young & Crazy Horse in Atlantic City

was just added to Neil Young’s Benefit concert for victims of Hurricane Sandy at the Borgata Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. The event takes place tomorrow evening, Thursday, December 6th at 8pm. Trey will play a solo acoustic set before & Crazy Horse take the stage. *Update 12/7/12, Hidden Track has Trey’s setlist from his acoustic set. Trey did not share the stage with & Crazy Horse like many fans had hoped for.

In 1998, Neil Young joined Phish for their set at Farmaid delivering one of the better live collaborations of the last twenty years. A collaboration so good Neil Young actually asked Phish to be his backing band for his ’99 European Tour which they respectfully declined. Trey has event cited that Farmhouse’s production was influenced by Young’s Tonight’s The Night album. You can still purchase tickets for tomorrow’s Hurricane Sandy benefit via The Borgata. All seating is general admission.
