VIDEO: Arcade Fire Perform New Song “Crucified”
ArcadeFireTube has posted a video of the band performing a new tune called “Crucified Again” during an event to celebrate Partners In Health’s 25th birthday at Guastavino’s in New York City last night. The song debuted on 3/29/11 during a surprise show in Haiti. The video below is the first rendition of the tune captured on film.
According to Consequence of Sound, Arcade Fire are currently working on LP4, the follow-up to 2010′s GRAMMY-winning The Suburbs, an album that vaulted the Canadian band from indie darlings to mainstream notoriety and festival headlining gigs. While at the Polaris Prize Gala last month, drummer Jeremy Gara hinted that the album is almost complete and could see release soon. Moreover CoS reports that former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy is rumored to be album’s producer.
