Baltimore’s Animal Collective has always been considered an experimental band, but they stretch even their own boundaries with their new release. The band stops by Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am in advance of their appearance at the Hollywood Bowl as part of KCRW’s World Festival.
The band did the Deakin-lead track “Wide Eyed,” from the new album, Centipede Hz, “Crimson” (which makes its live recording debut), and “Honeycomb” which was released as a single-only earlier this year. Read on for the audio stream from the show…
